You Look Fabulous!!!!

Hello there.  How has everyone been?  It has been a bit since I posted anything and I have something special to share with you today.  It is my Mom's birthday and she turns.....okay....I am sure she would not like me to tell you how old she is turning so I will just say that next year she has a big birthday and leave it at that.  This is the card I made for her and am giving it to her after I work this evening.  Mom collects shoes and purses so this cute image from My Favorite Things was perfect for her.  The sentiments included worked well too.

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Good Morning.  Today I have the card I made for my Mom for Mother's Day to show you. Mom and I are really close but like all families tend to fight every once in a while.  It has been a bit stressful between us for a bit but all is good now finally :)  And, of course, no matter what I would never forget to wish her Happy Mother's Day.  She enjoys gardening and so I immediately thought of my Mom when I saw these new images from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps called Bloomin' Wonderful.  All the pleats in the dress were fun to colour.

Monster Hugs! (Guest Designer for Die Cuttin' Divas)

Good Morning, my friends.  Once again I have the privilege of being a guest designer for Die Cuttin Divas and I want to take a minute and say a big THANK YOU to Anita for allowing me this opportunity.  I have enjoyed creating for them each time I have guest designed.  This week our theme is one of my faves ~ follow a SKETCH.  Here it is:

There are so many great things you can do with this sketch ~ follow it exactly, flip it, use it for a layout or a card, lots of choices ~ and that's what makes it my fave.  The only requirement is that you use a die cut somewhere on your project.  I dusted off my trusty old Cricut (I am sure it is feeling a little left out as I colour most of my images at the moment) and made a cute card suitable for many occasions for a young boy.  I just may send it off to my grandson for no reason this week.
