A Special Thank You

Hello my friends.  Today is my turn to post at One Crazy Stamper and not only is it my day to post a project, it is also my month to do a tutorial.  Since this will be my last post for February I have combined the two and have a complete picture heavy tutorial for the card I am about to show you HERE..

    I LOVE the design of this card!! It looks fabulous inside and out! I love the look of the border too. It's gorgeous!
