Little Red Wagon Challenge #290 ~ To Die For

It is another Wednesday again.  They just seem to be coming faster and faster.  So, welcome to another new week and a new challenge at Little Red Wagon.  This week our hostess is Susie and her challenge is "TO DIE FOR".  Now I know that doesn't sound good but I know she is wanting us to use a die cutting machine on our projects, either manual or electronic ~ she doesn't want us to literally die for crafting.  The English language is so very complicated with so many meanings of the same word and so very different.  Okay, grammar lesson aside, it is unusual for me not to die cut something on my cards but for some reason I was having a creative block and could not think of what I wanted to do.  I began surfing Pinterest and YouTube for ideas and finally decided to jump on the bandwagon of one of the hottest trends ~ shaker cards.  It was fun and I really like the outcome.

RECIPE:
Card Stock ~ Recollections
Patterned Paper ~ Doodlebug Springtime
Acetate ~ old packaging (I did this while
everything was closed but am going to get some better stuff soon
as there are a few scratches on this window.)
Spellbinders Nestabilities ~ Petite Scalloped Circles (LG)
Sentiment ~ Inkadinkadoo
Butterfly Punch ~ Martha Stewart
Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry Distress Ink
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
Microbeads ~ Martha Stewart
Sequins ~ Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps
Twine ~ American Crafts
Bling ~ Kaisercraft Island Lagoon

Thanks for dropping in. I hope you join us this week and link up your project "TO DIE FOR" at Little Red Wagon. While you are there don't forget to check out what the other girlfriends have created and leave us some comment love as we all appreciate you visiting and letting us know you did.

So, until next time, keep crafting!!
