Kraftin' Kimmie Saturday Challenge #285 ~ Try Something New!

Happy Saturday!!!!  Happy Weekend!!!!  I must say I am enjoying having weekends at the moment as I worked them for many years.  It's time for a new challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  And this week the challenge is to TRY SOMETHING NEW.  There are so many wonderful new things to try in crafting it was hard to limit this challenge to just one. 

I tried the chalkboard technique that my friend Tracy demonstrates in THIS VIDEO.  I used one of the images and a sentiment from the newly released Let's Roll, Dude! set. Paired with dramatic colours of black, white and red I think this card makes a bold statement. (Hubby said it looks like a 3D card ~ not actually sure what that meant but I will take it as a compliment).
