I based my card on the growing trend of adult colouring books and used a mandala that my nephew designed (He's a graphic artist). I printed it out on Copic Xpress It paper and coloured it up with my Copic markers. And that took me two hours to complete. The turquoise paper and ink are Lost Lagoon from Stampin' Up. Sentiment is High Hopes. I really like how this turned out and have a couple more printed to do in the future.
A close up of the colouring:
So head on over to Little Red Wagon and see what the other girlfriends have done with my challenge. Link up a one (or two) layer CAS card of your own. I will be choosing my top picks next Tuesday.
Have a great day!!!!
Awesome colouring!!
ReplyDeleteSo cool that it was designed by your nephew! Great card!
ReplyDeleteLove the added dimensions with the colouring Heather!! Great card :)
ReplyDeleteHeather, thanks for the challenge! This was really a hard one for my. I love your card though, in the future I'm going to try a more interesting design (your nephew did a great job). I guess you card proves CAS is not necessarily quick, but the coloring is so beautiful!
