Believe in the Magic ~ PDE Linky Party All Tags

Hello.  Once again we start a new challenge at


and this week our theme is ALL TAGS.

A simple little tag to add to a gift using just patterned paper, ink and a couple of embellishments.  Easy, peasy and quick to create when you need one in a hurry.
