Especially for You! ~ Gaining Confidence in Your Ability

Good day!  I have a card to share today that was made for my first card swap ever with a group of stampers on Facebook.  The group is Stamp Anniething Stampers and we were given an exclusive digital stamp to use for the swap if we wanted or we could also use any Stamp Anniething stamp. 

For some unknown reason I could not get the digi to print at all so I used a clear stamp called Holly ~ Especially for You.  I coloured her with Autumn colours and used paper and enamel dots from Simple Stories Pumpkin Spice collection.  I added a few goodies and off she went to the recipient.

 And here is the picture of the card and goodies posted by the recipient and what she had to say:

I think it was a hit.  So, one of the points of this post is that we are our own worst critics.  You will never know the agonizing that was behind this card.  Was it good enough?  Will she like it?  Is the colouring okay? Etc.  And, truthfully, this was my second attempt because I, not anyone else, didn't think the first one was good enough to send.  Next time someone compliments one of your projects just say a big THANK YOU and believe them.  And please never be afraid to share whether on a blog, a Facebook page or any social media sharing platform.  It will help you gain confidence I am sure.  I know it did for me.
