Hi there y'all and Happy Wednesday.  It seems like this day rolls around faster and faster each week.  I have had a busy week and with the weather changing so rapidly I have also been sore which in turn makes me kinda grumpy :(  I have found a little time to squeeze in a card for my post at One Crazy Stamper but must admit it was more last minute than I would have liked.

My card today features a stamp once again from the High Hopes line.  These little cuties are adorable and there are also other animals available as well.

"10 Months Til Christmas" Blog Hop

Good Morning, my friends.  It is that time of the month again...the time when our team shares our Christmas projects with you....the 25th of February.  Ten months today is Christmas.  So grab a cup of coffee (or your beverage of choice) and let's get started.  If you arrived from my BFF, Shari, then you are in the correct spot.  If not, go back to her blog to start at the beginning.  I will have a complete list of the hop order at the end of the post in case you get lost along the way.  I would like to welcome our special guest designer, Janis, who gave me my first start on a design team and has become a wonderful friend.

As you recall, we are showcasing two Christmas projects each month following a certain theme.  For February our theme is red, white plus one other colour.  Here are my two cards:

Paper Playtime Challenge #4 ~ Use A Sentiment

Hello all!  Welcome to another Monday challenge post for Paper Playtime.  For the next two weeks our challenge is to use a sentiment on your project.  That's pretty easy, correct?  Most of the time we add a sentiment to our cards or projects anyhow :)  The prize you could win by linking up is a set of stamps from Close to My Heart representative, Lucy Kelleher

Because I usually have a sentiment on my cards somewhere I challenged myself to make a card with the sentiment as the focus instead of just a part of the card.  This is what I came up with:

Inside:

RECIPE:

Card stock ~ Recollections
Patterned Paper ~ My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline
All Dolled Up 6" x 6"
Sentiment ~ Whimsy Stamps Ticket Notes
Dies ~ Whimsy Stamps Ticket Die
~Memory Box Elegant Scrollwork
Spellbinders ~ Large Ovals Classic
~ Lacey Ovals
Copic Markers ~ BG10, RV11
Punch ~ Martha Stewart
Flowers, Pearls ~ Michaels $1.50 bin
Ribbon ~ Offray White

I am glad you could come by again today.  There have been lots of posts to keep up with in the last few weeks and I am enjoying all my crafting. Join us at Paper Playtime and show us how you use a sentiment. Have a GREAT week.  See y'all soon.

Wellies On A Wobble

Good Saturday morning.  It is once again time for my DT post at Action Wobbles.  I am continually amazed at all of the ideas my design team sisters come up with for these little springs.  They also continue to inspire me.  Please remember to come by the Action wobble blog and their personal blogs and leave them some love.

Is anyone intrigued by the title of my post?  Do I have any British fans who know what I mean?  Well, first let me show you my card and see if you can guess.

the wobbles in action:

the inside:

RECIPE:
Card stock ~ Recollections, Bazzill
Patterned Paper ~ Docrafts Wellington 6" x 6"
Cricut ~ Paisley cartridge
Sentiments ~ CARDZ TV Think Spring
Ink ~ Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink
Punch ~ EK Success
Glossy Accents
Action Wobbles ~TSQ Royal Castle Shoppe
Buttons, Embriodery Floss ~ "Use it Up" Inventory

So, were you able to guess I was referring to wellingtons, also known as galoshes or rain boots?  When I think of Spring, one of the things that comes to mind is rain.  The patterned paper covered with rain boots was the inspiration for this card.  I think we still have some Winter to get through yet but Spring won't be far behind.

Thanks for dropping by today.  I hope you have a great weekend.
