Summer Sunshine

Hello again and welcome to the middle of the week.  It has been a nice week here and not extremely hot ~ just how I like Summer to be.  The card today is another one that I finished during my time in the pink castle on the weekend.  I am just pleased that she has no pink in sight on her ~ trying hard to branch out once in a while from pinks and blues :)  I used an older sketch from July 2012 from Mojo Monday

The card:

RECIPE:

Card stock ~ Recollections
Patterned Paper ~ First Edition 6 x 6 Hideaway
Image ~ Sassy Studio Designs "Lounging Around"
(a retired Friday Freebie image)
Copics
Circles ~ Creative Memories
Cuttlebug ~ Seeing Spots Embossing folder
Sentiment ~ Studio G clear stamps
Versamark stamp pad
Heat gun
Embossing Powder ~ Harmonie Green Fluo
Glossy Accents
Button, flowers, floss ~ "Use It Up" inventory (those new to my blog this is basically
my stash, had it for so long no idea where I got it)

I wish I looked like that on a beach or at a backyard pool party.  I have not been swimming or to a beach at all this year and Summer is almost over.  This card is being entered into the DTBST Challenge # 138 "Pop it Up".

Thanks for coming by again.  Only a few more days until our monthly Christmas blog hop ~ you won't want to miss this one ~ we have a surprise guest designer.
